Our Mission

At Intersect Global Leadership Institute® (IGLI), our mission is to equip leaders with the skills and capabilities needed to build strong, sustainable workplace cultures and lead meaningful change in communities and organizations.

We believe leadership must evolve to meet the challenges of today’s complex world. Leaders today are measured not only by how well they manage people, profits, and processes, but by their ability to bring clarity, courage, and innovation to every decision.

IGLI is an ecosystem for leadership development that combines tools, resources, research, and practice to close the leadership capability gap. Our approach is global in perspective and designed to help leaders meet the needs of diverse teams and communities.

We focus on four core pillars of leadership growth:

Identity Reconciliation

Understanding one’s own values and perspectives to lead authentically.

Too often, leadership programs stop at surface-level skills or outdated models. They leave leaders unprepared for the realities of today’s workforce and global challenges. IGLI exists to change that reality, offering leaders practical and transformative tools that build credibility, trust, and resilience.

By working with IGLI, leaders step into a space where skills meet purpose, courage meets innovation, and leadership is redefined for the challenges ahead.

Intersect Global Leadership Institute® — advancing leadership development that creates trust, innovation, and lasting impact.

The IGLI Approach

Courageous Action

Challenging harmful norms and making bold, ethical decisions.

Adaptive Innovation

Solving problems creatively in fast-changing environments.

Sustainable Impact

Building long-term trust, belonging, and growth in every culture served.
