About Yolánda L. Chase

Yolánda L. Chase, SHRM-SCP, CPM, CM, is a recognized leader in global workforce strategy and leadership development. With more than 36 years of experience across the public, private, non-profit, and government sectors, she is known for building next-generation human capital strategies that align with organizational growth and sustainability.

Yolánda is the founder of the Diversity Way-Maker® Leadership Competency Architecture, a framework that equips leaders to reconcile identity, build cross-cultural competence, and lead with equity as a core competency. She is also the creator of HR Comorbidities™ (HR CoMorb™), a healthcare-specific Tri-Diagnostic that maps how Human, Organizational, and Patient Outcome operating systems interact to drive workforce stability, operational performance, equity, and downstream patient outcomes. Across her work, she has pioneered integrated models that connect leadership practice to measurable organizational and clinical performance. 

Throughout her career, Yolánda has been a trusted advisor to executives and boards, offering strategic solutions that help leaders navigate complexity, attract and grow diverse talent, and dismantle barriers that limit workforce potential. She is committed to creating workplace cultures where everyone can thrive, and she believes deeply in leadership as both a personal responsibility and a catalyst for systemic change.

Her work is rooted in the belief that leaders who understand themselves, act with courage, and build with inclusion are the ones who will create the most sustainable impact.
